GE Polymerland:
GE Polymerland opened its new facility on Middlecreek Lane in December 2005.  The building contains 30,000 sq. ft.  with app. 4,000 sq. ft. of finished office area.  This location serves as their distribution facility for all of East Tennessee.  In August 2007, GE Polymerland was sold to Sabic Innovative Plastics US.






Performance Contracting Group: 
Performance Contracting Group  recently opened at this new location in July of 2009.  Located off Weisgarber Road with a total of 19,528 sq. ft.  and 3,400 sq. ft. of finished office area.   With their in-house expertise, PCG was able to complete the build out work in just two months.  PCG is one of the leading specialty contractors in the U.S.   Headquartered in Lenexa, KS. 

Noland Company:
Tate & McCallie, Inc. was hired by Noland Company in 2007, to design and build a new facility.  Their new office/warehouse is located off Pellissippi Parkway in Dutchtown Commercial Park.  The total building size in 19,526 sq. ft. with 4,450 sq. ft. of finished office area.   Noland Company opened at this new location in July of 2008.
